Open College Network (OCN) Accreditation
JH Micropigmentation Ltd is a training provider that offer courses accredited by Open College Network (OCN) Credit For Learning, an awarding body with thirty years of experience in education.
OCN Credit 4 Learning have accredited all courses provided by JH Micropigmentation Ltd and have mapped them to their respective level on the qualifications and credit framework (QCF), which has now replaced the old national qualification framework (NQF). The levels awarded to JH Micropigmentation courses are shown on the website which details the courses offered.
JH Micropigmentation has worked within the standards set to present a course of the highest standard. They have been thoroughly checked and accredited at level four in micropigmentation.
By attending these courses you will have a qualification accredited by the governing body OCN which is recognised by insurance companies and local councils.
Is it equivalent to an NVQ?
This is not an NVQ level 4 but a numbering system set up by the government.
Who is going to stop me practising?
Local councils and insurance companies as they already have these measures in place in some parts of the UK.
Can I practise without level 4?
Yes you can in principle, you would have to find a council and insurance company who who has not yet implemented the new guidelines.
